Walk down memory lane.

In case y'all haven't been spending your mornings laying around watching tv let me inform you that MTV has been playing Laguna Beach in the mornings! Talk about a flashback. I loved this show when I was younger and I will be honest, watching it again has made me nostalgic on my own high school days! I cannot believe it has been four years since I graduated!

I thought I would share some of my favorite HS moments!

Bonfires! I cannot begin to tell y'all how many bonfires we had in HS! 

It might be a southern thing, but I love nothing more than cool night with a big fire and great friends! 

After every football game, graduation, prom, birthdays you could bet there was a fire! 

My birthday "hoe down" This was by far one of my favorite bday parties! 

A big group of my friends all came to my house for the night and we had a hoe down theme. The outfits were ridiculous! And as you can see above the cake was just as ridiculous, my best friend made it and it had brown hair to resemble me, ha! 

Disney Grad Trip! Every year the senior class at my HS would all travel down on two charter buses to Disney World! It was about a 12 hour drive (yuck) but well worth it! This was one of the best trips I've ever been on! My senior class was very close so we all had such a great time exploring the parks together! 

Homecoming! I was Queen of Clubs at my HS so I got to ride in the Homecoming Parade and be presented at the football game, so much fun! I loved throwing out candy during the parade to all the little kids! 

Prom! I love, love, love dressing up so Prom was definitely a favorite of mine! I went to my school's prom sophomore, junior and senior year it was always a blast going out to eat with a huge group, getting pictures taken and eventually making our way to the actual prom! (of course a bonfire was to follow!)

Senior Cookout! I hosted our senior cookout at my lake house house and a big group of all the graduates came over and we grilled tons of food and hung out until way late in the night reminiscing on the past four years, it was the night before we graduated and you can tell we were all a little sad to see our time coming to an end! 

Graduation. This one was definitely bittersweet. We were all excited to enter new chapters of our lives, but we weren't quite ready to say goodbye to all the friends, teachers and memories! 

So forgive me for the blast from the past! I just could not resist!
